The BAKFlip HD is produced with a beefed up panel and rail design which also uses a new hinge that creates a smooth fit and rugged clean looks. All the BAKFlip components are made with OE materials that cannot rust, corrode or fade. This BAK tonneau cover comes with a 2-year warranty standard.

BAKFlip CS is the new Contractor Series Rack & Tonneau combination package that comes as one complete kit. We have combined the BAKFlip HD with a new side rail design and upright rack. The 500lb racks mount solidly to our BAK tonneau cover rails giving you the ability to use the rack and tonneau cover simultaniously. Carry boats, ladders or lumber on top of the rack and safely store the rest under the tonneau cover where it can be locked away. The racks can be positioned anywhere along the rail and easily removed if needed. BAKFlip CS comes with a 2-year warranty standard.

BAKFlip CS Accessories
BAKFlip CS provides a slotted cross bar for mounting various accessories. Ski Racks, Bike Carriers, canoe/kyack mounts, load stops and tie downs can all be used and easily mounted to allow more versatility to the rack system.

BAK Flip has many patents in its design. Here are some important features you may like to know.

1. BAKFlip installs easily. There are two side rails that clamp easily to your truck bed with (3) clamps.

2. The BAK tonneau cover is mounted securely to your truck on each rail at the front with a stud and large finger nut underneath (one on each side). These studs can also be easily removed by hand to take off the cover if needed.

4. The patented rail design incorporates a drainage system in case any elements get past the 3 sealing surfaces.

5. BAKFlip panels fit flush inside the bed with a patented no profile design. The panels are made from OE materials (aluminum and polystyrene laminated panels). The triple sealing surfaces and hinge joint are made from durable EPDM material that will not shrink, expand or crack from the elements.

6. With all the panels closed, simply lock your tailgate to secure the bed and your valuables. If you lock the tailgate, you cannot access the latch to open the panels.

7. BAKFlip has a patented latch system that releases from underneath each panel section. There is access to the release cable on both sides of the truck, making it easy to operate from either side.

8. As you fold the BAKFlip cover open, each panel can be secured to drive in ANY open position. When you reach the front the BAKFlip can be flipped up against the cab and propped solidly open to provide 100% unobstructed use of your bed with the BAK tonneau cover securely mounted on your truck.
