Universal oval tubes look similar in design to Westin platinum oval tubes, but there are four very distinct differences. Oval tube step pads sit snugly on the tube body with a higher and more robust pad. They are offered in a polished stainless steel finish with a lifetime warranty and are also available in black e-coated mild steel with a 3-year warranty. They have capped ends for a finished look and, in addition, they have a hidden track mounting system on which a “C” coupling bracket plate slides along the underside track, increasing its usage and creating its universal application.

The Sure-Grip step area is padded with a maximum slip-resistant rubber strip made from a channeled mold. This rubber strip is securely adhered to the extruded aluminum board and lines the step surface to full length. You can rely on Sure-Grip to provide a step surface you can trust. Molded end caps are uniquely designed to enhance the finished look and quality engineered for function, durability, and a unique custom look. Choose from brite, brushed, or black finish.

Molded boards are constructed from a single solid, UV-resistant, molded polymer and are engineered to meet or exceed OE replacement needs. The mold shell is attached to a sturdy aluminum base board and features a channeled step area design in a classic O.E. style. Molded lighted boards include open-door activated lights that illuminate the step surface to improve visibility in dimly lit situations.

Running board light kits for Sure-Grip running boards include 4 LED lights (2 per side) and come complete with wiring harness. Lights can be positioned anywhere along the top rail of the Sure-Grip running boards and are illuminated when the door is opened.
